Order & Delivery

What is the delivery time of my order?

Did you order before 13:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday? Then the package will be shipped the same day. Do you order a package on Saturday or Sunday? Then the package will be shipped on Monday.

Can I also pick up my online order in the store?

Yes, absolutely! At checkout, you can select the option 'Pick up in store'. If the product is in stock, your order will be ready for you immediately at Woest Borculo. You can then collect your order during our regular opening hours.

What is the status of my order?

You can easily check the status of your order in your account or in the email with the Track & Trace code. You can also ask for the status of your package in our chat by sending your Track & Trace number.

My order is delayed, what should I do?

We're sorry that your order has been delayed. We always do our best to resolve this as quickly as possible with our carriers. Usually, the package continues its route after 1 or 2 days, so we ask for your patience.

Status says Delivered but the package hasn't arrived?

We're sorry to hear your package hasn't arrived. Sometimes packages are delivered within 1 to 2 days after all. If this is not the case, you can fill out the form on our shipping page and we will resolve it for you as soon as possible.

Certainly. As bike specialists, we believe that a bike should fit your body perfectly to prevent injuries and deliver maximum performance. That's why we offer professional, high-end Retül bike-fittings in our store.

How can I make an appointment for the workshop?

You can make an appointment for our workshop by calling or emailing our customer service. Not in a hurry? You can also just drop by our store, where our mechanics will be happy to help you.

In our store and webshop, you'll find the absolute top class in road cycling, gravel, and triathlon. We are official dealers of brands such as Cervélo, Ventum, Cannondale, Santa Cruz, and BMC.
