Did you place your order before 13:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday? Then the package will be shipped the same day. If you order a package on Saturday or Sunday, the package will be shipped on Monday.
Is your shipment delayed or undelivered?
Sometimes something goes wrong with your shipment. We want to resolve this for you as quickly as possible, but we also depend on our carriers. We do our utmost best to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping costs for standard orders
Shipping costs depend on the order value, the nature of the goods and the country of delivery. We use two couriers, DPD and PostNL.
For orders that fit through the letterbox, we use the services of PostNL. All our regular orders that do not fit through the letterbox are sent with DPD. Below you will find an overview with all information about our shipping costs.
