Dispatch Times

Ordered before 13:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday? Your order will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Delayed or Undelivered Shipments

Sometimes something goes wrong with a shipment. We want to resolve this for you as quickly as possible, though we are also dependent on our carriers. We do our utmost to solve any issue promptly.

To assist you, we will need some details from you and, if your package has not been delivered, a completed form. Please contact us and we will help you straight away.

If your shipment is delayed, we ask for your patience — unfortunately we are unable to speed up the delivery once it is in transit.

Shipping Costs — Regular Orders

Shipping costs depend on the order value, the nature of the goods and the destination country. We work with two carriers: DPD and PostNL. Orders that fit through a letterbox are shipped via PostNL. All other regular orders are shipped via DPD.
