You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided it meets the conditions below. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. Any costs for return shipping are at your own expense.

When can you not return a product?

  • If the product shows visible signs of use. (used, worn and/or washed)
  • The product is missing parts/accessories.
  • The original packaging is missing/damaged.

 

Does your product meet the above conditions? Then follow the steps below to register your return.

Step 1. Go to your order in your account, where you can click on "Return Request"

Step 2. We will review the request; once approved, you can return the product to our store. We charge €5.95 for a return label.

You can also create your own return label, in which case you are responsible for the shipping. Returns can also be processed free of charge at our store.

Does your product not meet our return conditions, but you still want to return it?

If you return a product that does not meet our return conditions, we will send the product back to you. In some cases, after assessing the product, we may offer our 80% arrangement.

This means that we will accept the product for return and refund 80% of the purchase amount.

 

Can I exchange a product?

Exchanging a product online is not possible with us. If the product doesn't fit, you can return it and order the correct size.

You can also return the product to our store, where you can exchange it, provided the correct product is in stock.
