The 2018 Cannondale Jekyll Crb/Al Frameset is specifically designed as the unwavering heart of an Enduro racing machine, built to attack the toughest descents at high speed while still climbing efficiently. This frameset combines a robust construction of a BallisTec Carbon front triangle with a durable SmartForm C1 Alloy rear triangle, ensuring a perfect balance between lightweight performance and the stiffness needed to survive the most brutal Enduro trails. The Enduro-focused geometry, with a slack head tube angle and short chainstays, guarantees confidence and control on steep and technical terrain.

The core of the Jekyll frameset is formed by the groundbreaking Gemini suspension system, which Cannondale developed with Fox to replace the previous DYAD shock. This system offers two riding modes that can be switched on-the-fly via a handlebar lever. The 'Flow' mode provides full 165mm of travel for maximum control and traction during rough descents. The 'Hustle' mode reduces travel to 130mm and changes the spring curve for a firmer platform, significantly improving pedaling efficiency and agility on climbs or flatter sections.

This frameset is also equipped with Cannondale's Ai (Asymmetric Integration) Offset Drivetrain, a technology that moves the drivetrain 6mm outwards.
