The Continental Grand Prix 5000AS TR is a high-performance road bike tire designed for serious cyclists and triathletes. As part of Continental's renowned Grand Prix 5000 series, this tire is known for its reliability and performance. With a wheel size of 28 inches and a classic black color, this tire combines functionality with timeless aesthetics, perfectly matching various road bikes.
The AS in the name stands for All Season, indicating optimized grip and durability in various weather conditions, from dry to wet roads. This makes the tire an excellent choice for year-round use, both for training and racing. The TR designation means Tubeless Ready, offering cyclists the option to mount the tire without an inner tube. This results in lower rolling resistance, improved comfort, and increased puncture resistance, thanks to the ability to ride at lower tire pressures and seal any punctures with sealant.
This Continental tire is an essential upgrade for any cyclist striving for optimal performance and reliability. The combination of proven Continental technology and the specific features of the Grand Prix 5000AS TR ensure a superior riding experience. Whether you're covering long distances, sprinting, or braving the elements, this tire offers the grip, speed, and protection needed to achieve your cycling goals.
With OEM products you get original top quality, but without unnecessary retail packaging. The focus is purely on the part itself, allowing you to benefit from the exact same top performance at a competitive price.
