The Reserve 40/44 Road wheelset is specifically designed to offer the perfect balance between aerodynamic efficiency and unparalleled stability and lightweight performance. The rims are carbon profiles, 40 mm deep at the front and 44 mm deep at the rear. This difference in depth reduces the influence of crosswinds on the front wheel (which enhances stability) while the 44 mm rear rim maximizes aerodynamic gains. This makes the wheels extremely suitable for varied terrains, from fast flat roads to lightweight climbing, positioning them as top-tier road bike wheels.

The Reserve 40/44 rims feature a modern internal width of 25 mm at the front and 24 mm at the rear. This wide setup is optimized for mounting wider tubeless tires (28 mm or more). The result is better tire support, which lowers rolling resistance, increases comfort, and significantly improves cornering grip.
