The S5 is a benchmark for speed and aerodynamic efficiency across the sport – with the results to back it up. From Wout van Aert winning the Green Jersey by the largest margin in modern history to Simon Yates riding himself into the maglia rosa, the S5’s iconic V-stem and bayonet fork have been a fixture at the front of the pro peloton. The new S5 builds on that legacy of speed by becoming even faster.

The new bike is 65 grams lighter, 13 watts faster, and maintains the ride quality, balance, and stability riders everywhere have come to love. The biggest changes are at the front of the bike, where most of the aerodynamic performance comes from. The fork legs and headtube have been deepened considerably, and the all-new, one-piece handlebar and stem builds on the original V-stem concept – and becomes even faster.

Cervélo and Reserve partnered to develop the new Reserve 52|63 Turbulent Aero wheels, specifically for use on the S5 frame, to complete the aerodynamic system.
