The XTR M9100 series derailleurs make the drivetrain extra quiet thanks to reduced tension in the low gear and an added bumper on the balance plates. Larger 13T derailleur pulleys increase efficiency and chain management, while compatibility with the new 12-speed SHIMANO cassettes increases the range.
