The Shimano XT M8100/M8120 derailleur pulleys are the ideal replacement to make your 12-speed drivetrain shift like new again. Wear on the teeth of your old pulleys leads to less precision and more noise, but with this original set (consisting of a guide and tension pulley), your chain will run smoothly and quietly through the cage again.
The great advantage of this XT series is the use of high-quality, sealed industrial bearings in both pulleys. This ensures minimal friction and offers excellent protection against water, mud, and sand. As a result, they last significantly longer and run smoother than standard pulleys with plain bearings, even in tough conditions.
Specifically designed for Hyperglide+ chains, both pulleys have 13 teeth for optimal chain guidance and tension. They fit perfectly on the Shimano RD-M8100 and RD-M8120 rear derailleurs. Replacing these pulleys is a small adjustment with a big effect on your mountain bike's shifting performance.
